Heartbreaking .... I’m so sad this happened . The fact that it was preventable makes it a million times even more heartbreaking. Prayers to the family.

Any animal capable of doing that kind of damage should NOT be around humans, especially children!!!

There is a lot of blame to go around since by the second complaint, these dogs should have been put down and the owner arrested.

yes, the owner needs to be held accountable, but this is not the 60s and there are child molesters in almost every neighborhood, so it is not safe to let our kids ride bikes and walk around the neighborhood without parental supervision
