Surti problem-solved her socially-distanced Thanksgiving — involving six households spread out across New Jersey and Philadelphia — by putting together a complicated system of not juston which family's doorstep. All to ensure everyone gets to eat their favorite foods, prepared by friends and family. Unfortunately, spreadsheets are not a solution for Cora Faith Walker, of Ferguson, Mo. Her massive family is spread all over the country. Walker is one of eight adult children; her husband is one of nine. Everyone loves her father-in-law's potato salad but the family cannot congregate this year to enjoy it. So Walker says she resorted to desperate measures.
Stupid... Just meet up u idiots
This! This is the sort of thing smart, creative people who care about the safety of others do. Well done and thank you, Jasmine Surti. Have a good Thanksgiving.
At least they care if other people live or die. Too many selfishness jackasses in this country do not.
Oh now we should be GRATEFUL for a locked down family holiday says fake news...
We’re done with destroying our economy. We’re done with wrecking our children’s future. We’re done with with keeping our elders in solitary confinement. We’re done with Timmy & his Unconstitutional power grab. Life needs 2 be lived. See you in church on Thursday. Wear a mask.
I was facing this exact same problem. My wife and I solved it by inviting everyone over to our house to eat.
