Fitness is great just watch out for heat stroke and sun burn. Don't know about you, I would mostly exercise in the shade

If you don't know to drink cold water and exercise early or late in the day when it's not as hot, mayyybe you should just stay home

Run faster , the wind will cool you off . Works with cycling
For me, I do light stretches...somewhat like yoga but better because I live in pain. Staying cool...take with you ice packs placed in storage bags, and when you feel hot you can place it in the nape of neck first, then any where else needs to cool down. I should be working 4 WSJ.

I lived in South Florida over 30 years and it’s always been “ Make Sure to drink Plenty of water” key to exercise or anything outdoors, aduh!!
Funny I wear two shirts heavy pants and boots and thick socks and run a shovel all day ....but I admit I don't do commercial roofing anymore
