The coronavirus and the flu are surging in California. Here are the steps to protect yourself from getting sick during the holiday season.

“Getting that updated bivalent vaccine is the single most important thing you can do to make sure immunity is up to date and that you can fight the virus that’s out there,” said Dr. Ashish Jha, the White House COVID-19 response coordinator.

Among UC San Francisco employees and students, 1 in 100 people who have gotten the updated COVID-19 booster have since come down with a coronavirus infection. But among those who haven’t gotten the shot, 1 in 20 have been infected, Dr. Ralph Gonzales, a UC San Francisco associate dean, said at a recent campus town hall.

“When you have good strain match with the booster and the vaccine, you actually do prevent quite a bit of infection,” Gonzales said.California is simultaneously contending with a spike in coronavirus transmission, an early onslaught of RSV and a strong start to the flu season. It’s also not too late to get your primary COVID vaccine series.

— we do ask that you know that it’s not too late to get your seasonal flu shot,” Los Angeles County Public Health Director Barbara Ferrer said.“It’s really easy. It’s totally safe. It works. Your immune system is very good at being able to handle two vaccines at once,” Jha said Friday.

Wtf Folks if you don’t k ow by now do not get a Covid vax or any boosters people are dying from this poison

World governments conspired to create a population control mechanism. World media conspired to help it along with propaganda and misinformation. World corperations, big medical and big pharma conspired to help it along and make big profits for everyone involved. Fact, not theory.

Or a good way to die suddenly.

stop pushing the clot shot!!

Flu shot is way off the mark this year. Haven’t had the flu in over 10 years. I got the shot and then got the flu.

🤡🌏

More vaccinated ppl have died than unvaxxed. That goes for both flu and covid.

OK as soon as we see TV adds with possible side effects

Zinc and loratadine. Problem solved!! No sudden death shot needed.

Just kiss your loved ones good bye before you do it cause you might find ‘sudden death’ in your future

Until there are next gen nasal vaccines, there is no avoiding it while living like it’s 2019.

Henceforth, please refrain from licking handrails on the escalator.

'surging' the fear mongering won't stop to drive headlines

Get out there and get exposed. Build up natural immunity. It’s the only way out.

Why they should avoid the vaccines more like.

can‘t you come up with more to write about ?

I know, a mask. Not hard.

The best way is to wear protective clothing every day

'consider masking' is the 6th suggestion lmao
