JoyAnnReid Stop spending time discussing Republicans hour after hour. They consume the news/media space and they know it and love it. MSNBC spend the news hour showing the lack of services all women have. This is not just affecting black/brown women stop with that. Rural white women too.

JoyAnnReid Why haven’t the GOP expended such effort to demand that men wear condoms, pay child support, or provide social programs that help expectant mothers. Because they’re full of shit! They want to put pressure on women so they buckle. But I have news for them. We’re the stronger sex.

JoyAnnReid Yes. But they need to stop donating to Republican Senators and congressmen who hold these views. Period. The psychological stress of this for those employees is another matter. The argument is about a woman’s rights not abortion. Stop framing it that way to cause division.

JoyAnnReid The same time they all make donations to the Republican Party….

JoyAnnReid How about these same companies stop contributing to Republicans when their human policies suck. It won’t happen. Did you see how many companies moved fo Texas & Florida? The more extreme and controlling the govt they love it. We do biz in China bcause they control their workers.

JoyAnnReid Of course: pregnant people are not productive for the company. Killing the fetus to have the woman working again is more profitable.

JoyAnnReid How many of those same companies donated to Republican/conservative candidates/entities?

JoyAnnReid What these companies need to do is say they will stop funding politicians who support a theocracy & only support those who believe in democracy. I don’t want ANYONE’S religious beliefs in my government.

Those are not the people who need help. This is a performative gesture. Where does the 15 y.o. high school girl go? Where does the 12 y.o. raped by her grandfather go? I'm not throwing out hypotheticals, these are real stories around me.

JoyAnnReid Good.
