What is your ritual for your mental health?Before COVID I really didn't have time to think, meditate, and focus on myself. Before 2020, I would stretch myself really thin, and I felt so overwhelmed, underappreciated, and unseen. Full transparency, there were so many times in 2020 where I would just cry for no reason.
