John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum's final scene saw Fishburne's Bowery King enlisting a heavily-injured John Wick to help him take down the High Table following the Adjudicator disfiguring his face. Promotionals for John Wick: Chapter 4 indicate the King will continue to assist John when the film begins.
"That whole opening thing with the speech about, 'I was here before the beginning of time!' The way he gets to set the table, and it allows me to use my voice in a really beautiful way in the tunnel with all the reverberation. The way Chad [Stahelski] shot it, it was really mysterious and cool."
