This sounds more of an exploration on a) how losing weight through running changed your life than b) how running changed your life? Kind of a misleading headline.
My wife almost died from asthma, lung collapsed. We both decided it was time to get healthy and started running races. We started small and worked up to a half then a full marathon. It was the best times in our lives. We loved it! Now we are 50 and look back at the fun we had.
