House of family arrested after deaths of Soto, Guerra to be sold

The home of a San Antonio man and his parents, who were connected to the deaths of pregnant teen Savannah Soto , her boyfriend and their unborn baby, is going up for sale. The Northwest Side house at 5735 Charlie Chan was the home of Christopher Preciado , 19, Preciado’s father, Ramon, 53, and his mother, Myrta Romanos , 47. Christopher Preciado is accused of killing Soto , 18, who was nine months pregnant at the time, and her 22-year-old boyfriend, Matthew Guerra , in December.

A “for sale” sign was placed outside the house, indicating it would be up for sale soon. Keller Williams Realty confirmed the official listing would be available Thursday. As of Monday morning, the company could not provide an asking price.
