The offer comes with the requirement to not do their precious drugs. They would rather be homeless. Don’t kid yourself. They choose this every day.
California's Congressional delegation could pool it's newfound millions (security funding) to build permanent housing. But that would be too much like right.
Maybe get to work and do something useful. How about that?
The offers include having to be sober. This isn’t a housing issue.
