Hilary Swank Reveals the Total-Body Exercises That Keep Her in Insane Shape at 44

Kettlebell swings are a great total-body exercise that works your core, glutes, and arms. Because you're working against the gravity of the weight, they also get your heart rate up so you burn calories and rev up your metabolism. In the second exercise, Swank does sled pushes, which are exercises that help develop power in your legs and glutes, while also building some core and upper body strength.

Working out has become a passion for Swank as much as acting. In fact, she started her own athleisure line calledMillion Dollar Baby
