, Hilary Duff can now add another position to her resume—Chief Mom Officer. On Wednesday, May 18, the mom of three revealed via Instagram that she had been named Carter’s first-ever Chief Mom Officer.
Duff excitedly shared the news and what she would be doing in her new position at the children’s apparel company, saying, “You’re looking at Carter’s first-ever Chief Mom Officer! Carter’s named ME their new ‘CMO’ to share all my mom wisdom, hacks, tips, tricks and so much more.” As a part of her new job, Duff has also designed two limited-edition baby collections, the first one to be released this fall. In a video post on, Duff described her new children’s line: “I can’t show you the collection quite yet, but I can tell you that it’s adorable, and I am proud of it. The colors and patterns that we have chosen are just perfect for the upcoming season.”
The busy mom also teased a surprise for mothers. “I am mom of three, and I love to dress my kids in cute outfits and fill my camera roll with slightly blurry photos of them. But I also think it’s really important to jump in the frame and include yourself, and we forget to do that. So to help encourage that, we’ve added a little something for mom,” Duff said.
Before signing off, Duff offered a bit of encouragement to parents everywhere, saying, “This parenting business isn’t always easy, but we need to remember, we’re all crushing it.”
