This annoyed the hell out if me. HilaryDuff while I totally agree that a parent should be asked before someone takes a photo of their child, putting anyone, letalone a black man, on blast to all of her followers is irresponsible and doesnt measure up. Use your platform wisely

Photography is not a crime, You don't need permission to shoot anything or anyone in public. This has been ruled on in the courts extensively

HilaryDuff is a perfect example of the stupidity in today's society. To suggest this man is a creep because she is sexualizing children and then public lynching this black man online is nothing short of a disgrace.

It's not illegal to take pictures in a public park. There is no proof he was taking pictures of children and she went ahead and sent her millions of followers to attack him. She was also the only parent who complained. Racist Hilary strikes again.

Kinda ironic how this asshole puts his hand over her camera lens cause he doesn't want to be photographed. One day a celebrity is going to kill a photographer and they are going to be justified in doing so.

Although it may seem creepy to some, it’s a Public Park and not unlawful.
