Yes and, just like the Oscars, your taste in film is astonishing in the degree to which it excludes films with a major female presence.
This meritocracy argument is irrelevant. No one is saying they intentionally snub women. We are saying the structural inequities throughout the entire system, especially the $$$, are still around, as are cognitive biases, and this is simply proof of that.
