Some historians say ice cream was discovered in Persia; Kabobi in the Albany Park neighborhood does actually offer house-made ice cream on their massive menu. Luckily the dragonfruit rolled ice cream sundae, topped with fresh dragonfruit pieces, whipped cream, sprinkles and a cute hamburger gummy, was a satisfying treat, with the mild-flavored dragonfruit pieces complementing the tangy and textured ice cream.
