Healthy Naturally Red White And Blue Frozen Popsicles With Fresh Berries

If you want to eat the popsicles sooner, change the order of the filling around and you won’t have to wait so long. Start with the red raspberry/strawberry puree, then the blueberry puree and finish with the coconut cream and the pops won’t take as long to freeze .1. Place the popsicle mold in the freezer 30-60 minutes prior to beginning.

6. Remove the mold from the freezer and pour equal amounts of the coconut cream into each mold . Rinse out the blender.8. Meanwhile combine blueberries, the remaining 1 tablespoon lime juice. 1 tablespoon coconut cream, 1 tablespoon honey and 3 mint leaves and puree until smooth. 5. Rinse out the blender and then add coconut milk, 2 tablespoons coconut cream and 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Puree until smooth.
