Forney Logistics CrossingConstruction is set to begin early next year on the Class AA boutique office building at 4145 Travis St. off of Fitzhugh Avenue.
It will span 60,000 square feet of office space, which is already 50% pre-leased ahead of construction. Average floor sizes are 14,00 square feet.The building is expected to have on-site, high-end food and beverage options, in addition to access to the Katy Trail.“In addition to their expansion needs, the company desires to significantly enhance the quality of office space in the area,” the presentation said.
