Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Warning: contains spoilers for Masters of the Universe: Forge of Destiny #3! He-Man ’s untold origin story has revealed that one of Skeletor’s servants actually began as a hero.
Masters of the Universe: Forge of Destiny #3 is written by Tim Seeley and drawn by Eddie Nunez. Skeletor is on the island nation of Anwat Gar, ready to seize its power when he is suddenly knocked over by an energy bolt. Skeletor pulls himself up, just as a grappling hook wraps itself around a pole. Even fazed, Skeletor still has the strength to pull on the rope, revealing Webstor was behind the attack.
Skeletor calls Webstor by name, referring to him as an assassin in the service of King Randor. He then chucks a shocked Webstor off the top of a tower. Webstor Is a Shadowy, Mysterious Ally of Skeletor The dark, spider-like Webstor, at least in every other incarnation of the franchise, is a servant of Skeletor. First released in 1984, Webstor was billed as “a Master of Escape.” Webstor made a few token appearances in the 1980s Masters of the Universe cartoon, as well as its 2002 reboot, which depicted him as a mysterious being living deep in the bowels of Snake Mountain, who was recruited to the Council of Evil by Skeletor.
