My first birthday away from home at boarding school. Feeling like crap because I thought nobody back home remembered me. Care package from Dad arrived. Walkman and 40 tapes -- all different genres and performers! I pretty much never hit the stop button.

I remember getting one of those and thinking ' Man it sure cant get any better then this'. Also i remember having to keep buying the same tape 2 or 3 times because they kept getting worn out.
