“Acting” doesn’t mean “play/do whatever you want”. Acting, like any other profession, is a skill/craft: not everyone is suited to do every task. Characters of protected classes should be played by actors of that protected class, because they are the best suited for those roles.

I'm guessing the casting agents will need to do a genital examination followed by chromosome test.
