In this CPD accredited short online gut health course, we’ll be exploring the latest scientific research uncovering powerful links between our gut microbes and our physical and mental wellbeing. That means it pays to take care of our microbiome. Between 300 to 1000 different species of bacteria live in the gut, and a healthy microbiome should be as diverse and balanced as possible so as not to allow harmful, disease-causing bacteria to take control.
