We’re continuing to look and more like Russia and China government institutions. A President for Life who is also leader of the predominant political party and a Judicial arm that rubber stamps his ideology and interprets the Constitution accordingly.
We are doing more and more “popular” convictions for political purposes. We are trekking back to old ages where powerful decises who is guilty or not, no evidence is necessary as long as it is popular. When putting “witches” to death is bias against women how about sexual crimes?

Unfortunately Grassley’s legacy will be that he stayed too long on the job but long enough to become corrupt & a liar under Trump.

What did we expect him to say, but if it was a Democratic appointment they would have burned him at the stake without a trial by now...

Or they did and repubs are hiding it. How do we know? No public release of the so-called report. How do we know anything other than the WH limited the scope so narrowly that any new information is suppressed. How do we know? Directive from WH has been withheld from the public.
