Published: May. 17, 2024 at 12:57 PM EDT CLEVELAND , Ohio - A Bellaire Puritas man is counting on the 19 Troubleshooter to help clean up a messy issue, his neighbor’s yard is out of control.Every morning Kus wakes up to feet of grass in his neighbor’s front yard on West 146th St. It doesn’t stop there, his back fence is now covered in green ivy traveling from his neighbor’s back yard.
“I haven’t been able to control it, and it is cluttering up yard. I don’t like it like that” said Kus. The 79-year-old and Vietnam War veteran said he has lived at his home for nearly 6 decades and has never seen anything like this. He told 19 Troubleshooter the grass started growing out of control in January.
He’s called his councilman for help but keeps running into dead ends. He reached out to the 19 Troubleshooter team for answers.19′s Noelle Williams measured how high the grass is, we found it was about 41 inches high, over 3feet.However a letter posted on the front door states the property is vacant, but according to Cuyahoga County ‘Clear Point Capital LLC’, a company out of California gained ownership in October 2023.
19 Troubleshooter is waiting on confirmation if they are still the current owners. However the 19 troubleshooter team will stay on it until we get results.
