Alpine Start Development is planning a 314-unit apartment and rental community in Grand Prairie near Bush Turnpike.

Alpine Start Development has apartment projects in North and Central Texas.Located on January Lane just west of Bush Turnpike, the $55 million development is set to start in March, according to planning documents filed with the state.Called Grand Prairie Village, the 26-acre project will include three-story apartment buildings, 28 town houses and 94 single-family homes.
