Drivers will have more of a reason to skip going to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles now that more services can be completed online.

CLEVELAND, Ohio - On Wednesday, President Joe Biden proposed suspending the federal gas tax for three months in an effort to provide relief as prices per gallon continue to inflate., encouraging additional financial relief for motorists heading into the busy summer travel months.

“It would be a major, major blow to our ability to continue to fix highways, continue to fix dangerous intersections, continue to work to save lives, continue to work to make Ohio a state to transport goods as well as people very efficiently,” Gov. DeWine said.

So he made our infrastructure plans dependent on $587 million in state GAS TAXES? What happened to the $110+ BILLION provided in federal funding/grants from the US Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act?

See the greed that runs ohio . Can careless about people. Cares . About income ohio would lose. Not the people it would help .

So, there should be NO bitching about how high the prices are right?

And Ohioans will continue to lose money paying for gas to get to and from work

Mike is against anything that helps Ohioans. OhioDeservesMUCHBetter

trade off being Ohioians have money 2 buy gas, food & spend in Ohio!! Helping keep businesses going that r now seeing a slow down because of the cost of gas which includes the TAXES! See how the State gets the taxes back & keeps taxpayers buying & moving? PEOPLE FIRST!

Any time reducing tax, even temporarily, for working ppl is floated, GOP says no. DeWine says we can't afford it. Any time taxes negated on wealthy ppl & corps, GOP says it's a good thing. GOP running Ohio into the ground.

Why is the state of Ohio making almost $600,000,000 while its residents are struggling to make ends meet?
