The female detective interrogating the boyfriend got him to waive his right to council, then testified to have the boyfriend indicted for shooting an officer by omitting the part where he claimed he didn't know they were cops. Even the 911 call confirms he didn't know. Shady.

If you've followed the investigation so far, the detectives investigating have already begun to muddy the waters. They waited two whole weeks before interviewing the cops responsible. They tried to railroad the boyfriend by omitting key parts of his interrogation.
It's clear what their AG is doing. They're trying to drag it out longer than the protest. They're hoping the protest will peter out before they have to take it to trial so they can conduct their sham trial to exonerate the cops. Bring in Special Council.
