I'ma let y'all finish, but google Do y'all still have that Hangar in Hawthorne or naw? MoreLosAngelesCountyRealEstateSteals

_NYJohnny_ Lads Why would Google lease properties? Like from a freeholder/ landlord entity Is it an operational tax thing there? Surely; given their sheer mass +cash +ability to diversify +ability to attract workers where ever they go Sale lease back is better use of investment €$€$?

Now if only someone could do something about the abandoned Hawthorne mall.

What the? The whole thing? The mall closed? Wow..... Hopefully jobs for the area.

Hooooooooooooooooooooooow the fuck do they do this as homelessness skyrockets?

There are much more suitable facilities in the eastern portion of Santa Monica.

If Google can modify an empty mall, why can't state/county governments do the same for homeless people? Congress could pass grants.
