Followed the recipe to the letter, and it came out beautifully. The chicken was crispy on the outside, moist and juicy on the inside. Beautiful combo of flavors. Will definitely make again.I like the idea of the sesmeme seeds and panco crust, but as the title of the dish suggests, it iwill never be crispy, there is too much moisture in the chicken so you end up with a soggy covering.
filling, and hits all my favorite flavors. Sweet, salty, creamy, spicy. And, the textures are marvelous.
