La demanda fue presentada en una corte federal de Manhattan junto con los fiscales generales de varios estados y distritos.
“Como resultado, los fans pagan más, los artistas tienen menos oportunidades de ofrecer conciertos, los promotores más pequeños quedan excluidos y los teatros tienen menos opciones reales para servicios de ofertas de boletos. Es hora de disolver a Live Nation-Ticketmaster”, añadió.
