“Afterlife,” the fourth entry in the Ghostbusters saga and a sequel to 1989’s “Ghostbusters II,” attempts to introduce the franchise to a younger generation of viewers who were not reared on Blockbuster Video and other Generation X hallmarks. The negative reviews seem to be coming from woman critics. I wonder if it’s due to the so called sexist backlash from the 2016 reboot? The movie wasnt perfect but my daughter and i enjoyed it. The little girl was her favorite!

Perhaps you should mention the 96% positive Audience reviews on RT & the A- CinemaScore to balance Katie Walsh's 'review'. Also you could point out that original estimates said that Afterlife would get between $25 & $30 million. It blew PAST that cause of fans & word of mouth.
