Neither Elliott nor Morris were advocates for infrastructure and pedestrian safety before Rocklin was killed. But they're now feeling passionate about making the pedestrian experience safer in a city where there were"In order to make change and make these intersections safer, it’s going to take a whole community to bring a message to the city," Morris says.

Bicyclists in this city need to check themselves. The rules of traffic apply to them as well. If there is no shoulder or bike lane, find a different road

This would imply there is actual infrastructure planning happening. The only thing planned for is cars…everywhere… It’s depressing.
