They are buying high and selling low. Didn't they buy back billions of shares at much higher prices?

When your spending gets closer to your income, you start selling assets to keep up the spendings. Instead, you should have a vision and policy in place to see that you growth always has a fresh beginning. How about a 10 year contract for the workers with a rehabilitation plan ?
