Younger workers, in the aftermath of the pandemic, are craving a more traditional work experience with employers who accept them for who they are.Companies across industries are trying to figure out the right way to meet employees' new needs — such as hybrid work requirements and benefits — amid a labor market that still favors workers.
“Stability is key for them,” Rhea Moss, director of data insights and customer intelligence at iCIMS, tells Axios.Younger workers are diligent about researching the companies they work for as well as their potential managers, according to the study. "[This generation] is being very particular about the company they'd want to work for where they feel that they can bring their whole, true self to work," says Moss.

The average office type worker usually moves jobs5 times in a career. Stay away from big Companies like P&G. You're just a number there, not a name! Good luck! I'm a blue collar Gen X and been with my same job 34+ years. Will retire in 4 years!
I think the idea of staying at a company long term is desirable to everyone. The problem is sometimes the only way to progress in your career and/or to gain increased compensation is to make a move. Companies should work on this, for retention.
