The “Friday Night Lights” star, 37, was arrested and taken into custody in Franklin County with a bond set at $2,100. According to the outlet, Hedlund has yet to post bail.The arrest occurred just one day after news broke that Hedlund, who was first to report the news on Friday, Hedlund and Roberts, 30, called it quits a few weeks ago following a rocky few months in their relationship.
“It’s sad, and they are trying their best to co-parent. It’s been hard,” an insider told the outlet. Roberts and Hedlund were first romantically linked in March 2019. The pair announced they were expecting their first child together in August 2020 before welcoming their son the following December. “Thank you 2020 for getting one thing right ☀️ Our bright light Rhodes Robert Hedlund 🧡,” Roberts captioned a sweet snap of the newborn via Instagram at the time.
The actor is also being sued for allegedly causing a car crash when he nodded off at the wheel in 2020.
