Gap is celebrating 50 Years of Denim throughout the month of September with an exclusive London pop-up shop that will sell the limited edition 1969 Premium Denim and Denim Through the Decades collections.
The 1969 Premium Denim collection features “elevated pieces of today”, with denim and logo hoodies, shirts, and jackets. The Denim Through the Decades collection features iconic styles from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s, updated with “on-trend modern details.” As well as the opportunity to shop the exclusive collections, visitors to the pop-up can take advantage of customisation services including denim tattooing, hemming, and distressing.
Gap’s senior vice president and chief marketing officer, Alegra O’Hare said: “Fall is momentous for Gap as we celebrate our 50th anniversary and the new era of the brand. With ‘It’s Our Denim Now’ being my first major campaign, we wanted to make an impactful statement visually and celebrate Gap’s heritage as a denim leader while cementing its future as a brand for all generations. This is only the beginning of what’s to come.
The Gap pop-up shop will be open at 52 Brewer St, Soho, London, W1F 9TQ throughout the month of September from 10am – 7pm.
