No. 10 Valencia will travel to No. 8 Notre Dame Friday night.

Notre Dame has two wins over programs that are still in search of their first win this season, Crespi and Birmingham Charter. However, the two wins have come in blowout fashion, which is a good thing. The Knights did not eek by.So, let’s throw records and previous opponents out the window and look at the players on the field.

Valencia is led by senior quarterback Trey Erickson, senior running back Daniel Hernandez and senior wideout Brandon Boateng, who was the star last week catching two touchdowns. Defensively, the Vikings are led by Reid Farrell, who might arguably be the best football player on the field Friday night.Starting Friday, Notre Dame embarks on a treacherous journey of games that carries to the end of the season: Valencia, St.
