"I'm very, very sorry, I'm not going to defend myself, I'm not going to, because I can't defend that," he said. Gwin said he and other business owners in the area have called SFPD and social services more than two dozen times in the last two weeks. "I said she needs psychiatric help," Gwin said."You can tell, she's pulling her hair, she's screaming, she's talking in tongues, you can't understand anything she says, she's throwing food everywhere." "I've been down here 40 years.

City makes billions off the misery of the homeless. All these enabling programs (non profits which are actually very profitable) set up to help these ppl. All for more Fed $ but crisis worse, not better! Not sure why local media not doing major expose on city. Being paid not to?

What he did terrible but not worth jail time in my POV. This incident has garnered so much publicity tho that it should rightly shame LondonBreed sfbos sfgov as it highlights homeless crisis in our city. I hope Federal govt looks in to how they spend the Fed $ given to SF.

SFPD SFDAOffice Rightfully so. Now please do the guy that KPIX showed trying to kick in the door of the house in the Marina district on this morning’s news.

Arrest warrant issued for SF gallery owner filmed spraying unhoused person with hose, DA saysBREAKING The San Francisco District's Attorney's Office on Wednesday issued an arrest warrant for Collier Gwin, the art gallery owner who was filmed hosing down an unhoused person last week. “Unhoused” have free reign over the city. Got it. This is going to set a president where you can't do anything if someone decides to use your business as a house. If I was him, I would sue the city for ignoring this issue, and costing my business money. Glad to see this. I pray he is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. No one should so cavalierly assault another human being, and in such a heinous way.

SF district attorney issues arrest warrant for art gallery owner seen on video hosing down homeless womanSan Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins on Wednesday announced her office has issued an arrest warrant for Collier Gwin, the man seen on video hosing down a homeless Black woman in front of his art gallery last week. They want to keep homeless and drug addicts on the streets and punish businesses instead so they’ll move so they can tell their company partners to take over instead Good. Arrest this man for being a heartless person. Finally some basic justice. Amazing it took SF DA and police more than a week to arrest Collier Gwin for his despicable assault of a homeless woman. She deserves justice and dignity and a home.
