These fund managers should get fired with their funds fully redeemed if they are looking for stock rally now.

The market is well off true valuations. Discounted cash flow valuations, using a proper discount rate to account for risk, will show valuation wells below current levels. It's all demand orientated, due to an excess of cheap money.
