FULL GALLERY & STORY: Cops shoot people. That's what they do. If you call the police the chances of someone getting shot has just increased exponentially. Why were the police called? If he’s having a mental crisis you don’t do that! There is another number you call. 988. Cops need to stop being so trigger happy. This is sad. Utah has had way too many police involved shootings. This is an extremely sad situation on both sides. If this man was dealing with mental health challenges, I would hope it was handled with empathy and compassion. No one should lose their life due to an illness like this, hopefully more details will emerge for the family.

Did the police feel that their lives were threatened in danger? Did this man attack them with a weapon or did he have a gun? Oh I get it he looked them funny so they shot him because their lives were in danger 🙄 EmilyTencerTV So sad! Never should have happened. Prayers for the family.
