The company said Wednesday in a statement that it is reviewing the letter and is developing documentation it requests. It has not adjusted its goal of restarting its facility within the next few weeks. Yet analysts are skeptical of the company’s current timeline given the substance of FERC's questions and the upcoming holiday, which could make it more difficult for the company to address them and for the agency to review answers that are submitted.
