Fox News anchor Shepard Smith is leaving the conservative cable news network after 23 years there.
Smith's appearance Friday on "Shepard Smith Reporting" was his last appearance on the network, according to Fox News. "Recently I asked the company to allow me to leave Fox News and begin a new chapter," Smith said in a prepared statement issued Friday.

He was the only real journalist in Fox, showing the real facts, we needed him in there cause fox viewers, unfortunately, believed everything that comes out of fox, they don't do their own research on topics

I am so sorry to see him leave! He was always informative and I trusted his reports! He will be missed! I will never turn to FoxNews again, the others were not always honest about their reporting. Sad but understand, he ran a great race! He stood up for us all..God bless him!
