Accordingly, because the privilege review team did not screen for material potentially subject to executive privilege, further review is required for that additional purpose.

He is not the president and do not have any rights to classified documents, he needs permission from the National Archives as to what he can take, he can’t steal it and then say he have the privilege when he is not president.
