Footage showed a Sukhoi Superjet-100 making an emergency landing at Moscow's Sheremetyevo airport with much of the rear part of the plane engulfed in flames.
"There were 78 people on board, including crew members," the Russian Investigative Committee said in a statement on its website. "According to updated information, 37 out of them survived."

If I'm not mistaken the other fatal crash you mention was down to pilot error due to being distracted by a potential buyer sat in the cockpit which caused him to go off course and the pilot ignored the warning systems for terrain.
