As a former Texas police officer and academy instructor these officers did everything perfectly WRONG! Pi$$ poor training caused the woman’s death and the Fort Worth Police Department should be held accountable. I fear the DA will let the cop walk because he was scared...BS!!
An under discussed part of the problem is the way the media, politicians encourage cops to be unreasonably jumpy with phrases like “police risk their lives daily” “putting their lives on the line” reality is it’s not a particularly dangerous job and cops are not soldiers
