Former Peloton Chief Executive John Foley is trading exercise bikes for something closer to the ground: rugs.
“It’s a little bit of a career shift,” said Mr. Foley, who left Peloton Interactive Inc. earlier this year. But, the entrepreneur added, he has always loved interior design, ripping out pages from design magazines for mood boards before the days of Pinterest .

In my experience when people are active listening it’s not you they are engaged with. It’s about, what was said, and respond purely to that.The other projections inflection ,emotion , body and facial expression are excluded. We know distorted definitions of leadership and confuse it with presiding and sitting in that chair just passing on orders is certainly not 'Leadership'.
