Arnold was Ohio State’s starting long snapper for the final six games of the 2022 season after Bradley Robinson – who did the opposite of Robinson by transferring to Ohio State after starting his college career at Michigan State – suffered a season-ending knee injury. However, Arnold was not expected to retain the starting job in 2023 after the Buckeyes added former Arizona State long snapper John Ferlmann as a scholarship transfer.
Arnold, who walked on at Ohio State in 2021, will bring three years of remaining eligibility to Michigan State. With Arnold transferring and Robinson exhausting his collegiate eligibility, Ohio State’s long snapper roster for the 2023 season currently consists of Ferlmann and redshirt sophomore walk-on Max Lomonico, who has not yet played in a collegiate game.
Better MSU than UM !!!
Congratulations cuzin Mason. Go Sparty
What a bitch
If it makes sense for him great! Good luck Mason!
Good luck but you’re gonna have to swallow a little vomit every time you see that uniform.
byeeeee
Because he’ll get five times the opportunities there on a team that punts way more than Buckeyes? Lol. Good luck.
Why?
Oh my whatever will we do?
Relegated to MSU after notching the fake punt?
Good luck, Mason
Whew!!! Thought you were gonna say Michigan for a second there.
Is he who MISSED the fake punt call in the Michigan game? 🤔🙄
GoGreen
They do be punting tho
Uh, why
Feel bad for the kid. Wishing him the best
Never heard of him. Best compliment I can give to a long snapper. Good luck.
He just pulled a reverse Bradley Robinson!
Adios
Doesn’t make much sense. But, OK.
They do punt a lot 🤷🏿♂️. Boy finna get maximum exposure
Was that last snap ok?
✌🏼
When are they dropping the special teams coach? Dude can't coach and he can't recruit.
Good for him. They have another starter transferring in.
if I were a NCAA coach , my rule would be -- off the schedule and out of conference
Bad move ...
Hope he knows how to fight in a tunnel
Michigan State? they suck
Best of luck to him.
