The next court date in that murder case tentatively was set for Feb. 8, according to Harris County District Court records. from a separate incident in April 2021, when Ware was pulled over on suspicion of speeding and deputies allegedly discovered a loaded AK-47 and drugs in his car.Ware had been a standout prep prospect from Klein High School. He played for Washington in the NFL in 2003 and the San Francisco 49ers in 2004.
