Ashwin Ramaswami , a former federal government employee, is now challenging Georgia state Sen. Shawn Still , a Republican indicted for allegedly trying to overturn the 2020 election results. Ramaswami, a 24-year-old Democrat, worked with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency ( CISA ) to protect election websites from hackers.
He continued his work with CISA while studying at Stanford University and later attending law school at Georgetown University.
