Four former dancers are suing a River North strip club, alleging management regularly allowed customers to physically and sexually assault them at work.

The exterior of VIP's Gentlemen's Club, later renamed Rick's Cabaret Chicago, is seen on Nov. 10, 2018.

“The claims are all false,” the statement said. “We do not tolerate any type of discrimination or misconduct.” One dancer said a customer allegedly choked her “to the point she could barely breathe and almost lost consciousness” while she was performing in the VIP area of the club. The dancer said that though she reported the assault to a manager, “nothing was done, and the customer was not kicked out.”

The suit alleges violations of various state and federal laws, including the Illinois Gender Violence Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Illinois Biometric Privacy and Information Act.The lawsuit alleges that two of the dancers, Waddell and Corral, who were both over 40, were fired because of their age.

Rick’s was previously known as VIP’s Gentlemen’s Club before it was purchased by RCI Hospitality Holdings for $10.5 million in 2018.

I haven't been to a strip club (Atlanta) in 25 years but the rule is, you touch the girl and the bouncer f*cks you up.

So strippers are now suing bars that hire them for being strippers. Well played. Lol.

Mike Pence responds to question regarding former President Trump's possible arrestMike Pence called the potential arrest of former President Donald Trump a 'politically charged prosecution' and argued it was 'not what the American people want to see.' If Pence thinks having DJT arrested is not what Americans want to see, then I think he is grossly underestimating his take on things. And the argument that NY would be better off spending their $$ on crime mitigation, begs the question. One has nothing to do with the other. I wonder how Pence would feel about the former president if the Jan 6th 'tourists' would have gotten ahold of him. Screw pence he's a spineless demacrat want a be
