Mook testified that going to the FBI did not seem like"an effective way" of getting the information to the public.
Mook testified it was"malpractice" not to conduct opposition research, detailing that opposition research on Trump was very complicated."He was incredibly litigious, so there was a lot of work to be done around different lawsuits that he filed or had been filed against him." Sussmann's law firm Perkins Coie played a role in this work, according to Mook.

Who were the groups that attacked Congress on January 6th Trump referred to as 'very special?' The Proud Boys, Boogaloo Boys, Three Percenters, Militiamen, Oath Keepers, White supremacists, NSC-131, No White Guilt, members of QAnon, et al. Why were they 'very special,' Trump?
What about how Trump had over 16 private secret meetings with Putin? Is it too hard to imagine at some point Putin could've offered let say two or three billion dollars to Trump to undermine our democracy? And, given Trump is a grifter is there any doubt Trump would've accepted!
Was it Trump's original intent all along to overthrow the US gov't? Trump tried to dissolve NATO, hollow out the State Department, weaponize the Justice Department & tried to pressure Pence to overturn a free & fair presidential election. This is about more than any voter fraud!
